Presentation and quotations

Submitting the form is an enquiry or a request for a quotation. It is not an order and does not automatically form a contract. Production details, quantity, customisation, price, taxes, delivery and timing are agreed in a separate accepted quotation and contract.

Photos show projects and examples of customisation. Displayed colours can vary between screens. Conceptual images, if used, are identified as such. No dimension, finish or function is presumed available without confirmation in the quotation.

Rights to materials

The Codeprint logo, text and materials for which we hold rights are protected under applicable law. Client logos and trademarks belong to their owners. Showing a project does not transfer rights to those marks or constitute an endorsement or certification by their owner unless expressly stated.

For uses beyond browsing and applicable legal exceptions, obtain the rights holder's permission. Clients must have the required rights to materials supplied for customisation. If you identify unauthorised material, contact us with enough detail for investigation.

Portal and NFC/QR destinations

Access is granted to authorised clients. Protect your credentials and tell us if you suspect unauthorised use. You may administer only links for the organisation to which you have access.

Destinations must be legitimate and respect third-party rights. Phishing, malicious content, bypassing access controls and including authentication secrets are prohibited. We may reject or disable a destination for security, legal or contractual reasons. Change history supports accountability for link management.

Counters represent technical requests to the link, subject to the limitations stated in the portal. They do not guarantee numbers of people, physical attendance, conversions or sales. Codeprint does not fully control external websites, device compatibility or connectivity. Service duration, support and termination conditions are set out in the client agreement.

Availability and liability

We may perform maintenance and correct errors. Contact us if you find inaccurate information or an access problem. We do not promise uninterrupted availability without an express contractual commitment. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Romanian law applies, subject to mandatory rules and applicable consumer rights. We first seek an amicable resolution through office@codeprint.ro; this does not restrict access to competent authorities or courts.
